www.zunal.com/webquest.php?w=527521) describe your assignment. The assigment was pretty intense. i had no idea how it works, because when i explored other subject, they all had different information, so i was confuse. But then i stuck to one subject, which was music, and i followed a format that was already given. We had to create sort of like a lesson plan, but using the cite ZUNAL, this is to give the students oppurtunity to get on the computer and actually work electronically. The title of my lesson plan was Drumatize, the task was that the student will learn how to read drum notation. And this is grades 3rd to 5th. I listed down the process of what each student will be doing, and after they are done, i have conclusion, where the students can enjoy watching youtubes of children drumming, and see how fascinating it is to read and drum at the same time.
2) What did you like or dislike about the webquest project? and why? I like the webquest project because it gives the students an opportunity to go scavenger hunting online. And it also gives them a chance to get use to the computer. What i dislike about it is that it gives me hard time to input links to the cite, and sometimes the link does not open. That is the only downfall in my opinion.
3) What were some of the challenges you faced? Some of the challenges that i faced was looking for good and appropriate cite for the grade levels that i have chosen. Another is how exactly am i going to begin my lesson or introduction. and lastly, how can i make it fun and easy to understand, so that the lesson touches on the student MI.
4) If you had to do it over, what would you do differently? There is really nothing that i would change, although i would like to start a new lesson that would flow with the lesson i have just created.
5) how do you think your students will like using a webquest? why? It depends, some will like it if they know how to use the computer well, and some may not like it, if they have difficulty using the computer. Also It depends, if the activities are fun, then most likely the student will enjoy the cite, but if it is to complicated and boring, then most likely they will not even think of going or using the cite.
